TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear boundaries for a service built around important context.

Effective and last updated: July 29, 2026

Plain-language policy

This page describes current UniFlow Desk practices. It is not a claim of certification, and it does not reduce any mandatory rights under applicable law.

1. Agreement and operator

These terms govern the UniFlow Desk website, accounts, applications, and connected communication service. UniFlow Desk is the product name. See our legal notice.

These terms become binding when you create an account, accept them during onboarding, or otherwise use the service.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. If you use UniFlow Desk for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization and to connect the selected accounts, workspaces, channels, business numbers, or bots.

3. What UniFlow Desk provides

UniFlow Desk connects supported communication sources, identifies messages that may need attention, extracts evidence-backed actions and dates, maintains a Today view, prepares review-only drafts, and tracks items through acknowledged, waiting, snoozed, dismissed, and resolved states.

Provider support is not uniform. Gmail and eligible Outlook access are read-only. Slack and Teams are limited to authorized scopes and organization policy. Regional email uses read-only IMAP. WhatsApp support is for approved Business Cloud API events. Telegram support is bot-based. These limitations are part of the service, not temporary claims of universal inbox access.

4. Advisory output and human review

Summaries, rankings, extracted dates, amounts, classifications, suggested actions, and drafts may be incomplete or wrong. Open and review the original communication before acting. UniFlow Desk is not legal, financial, medical, tax, insurance, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.

UniFlow Desk does not make payments, renew policies, sign agreements, follow extracted links, or send provider messages. It does not call provider edit, delete, archive, or mark-read actions. Reply drafts are prepared for review and remain unsent.

5. Your account and security

  • Provide accurate information and keep login, MFA, recovery, and provider credentials confidential.
  • Use a separate account for each person; do not share individual credentials.
  • Promptly report suspected unauthorized access and revoke affected provider connections.
  • Workspace owners are responsible for membership, roles, visibility, retention choices, and lawful internal notices.

6. Connected data and permissions

You retain your rights in connected content. You grant UniFlow Desk only the limited permission needed to retrieve, normalize, secure, analyze, display, back up, export, and delete content as required to provide the service. You confirm that you have the rights and notices necessary to connect that content.

You can disconnect a source and request deletion of locally stored source data. Provider-side originals remain governed by the provider and are not deleted by UniFlow Desk.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Connect an account, mailbox, workspace, channel, number, or bot you are not authorized to access.
  • Use UniFlow Desk to violate privacy, employment, confidentiality, intellectual-property, export-control, sanctions, or other applicable law.
  • Attempt to bypass scopes, tenant isolation, rate limits, provider restrictions, or security controls.
  • Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or provide unauthorized access to the service.
  • Use messages or attachments to instruct the system to reveal credentials, access other tenants, or perform prohibited actions.
  • Rely on the service as an emergency, safety-critical, medical, legal-filing, payment-control, or incident-response system.

8. AI and feedback

UniFlow Desk may use deterministic rules and optional structured AI extraction as described in the privacy notice. You are responsible for evaluating any generated output before use. If you submit a correction, we may use the selected error category and prediction label to improve the service. Content-free feedback metrics do not include the source message text or sender identity.

9. Third-party services

Google, Microsoft, Slack, Meta, Telegram, email providers, model providers, and other third-party services have their own terms, availability, quotas, and administrative policies. UniFlow Desk is not responsible for a third party changing or withdrawing access. You remain responsible for your accounts with those providers.

10. Service availability

Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable while we improve reliability and complete provider approval. Access can depend on geography, capacity, account type, organization policy, security review, and provider verification. We may impose reasonable usage limits or pause a connector to protect users and providers.

11. Current access and future pricing

The current service does not collect card or payment details and does not start a recurring subscription or automatic renewal.

Any future paid service will use separate, updated commercial terms and verified operator, pricing, tax, billing, cancellation, support, and consumer-rights information before a payment can be made. Creating an account does not authorize a future charge.

12. Intellectual property

UniFlow Desk software, design, branding, documentation, and service materials are owned by the operator or its licensors. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your personal or internal business purposes during active access.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment, but this does not transfer ownership of your connected communication content.

13. Confidentiality

Each party must protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the service relationship, except where disclosure is authorized or legally required. Business customers may request a separate data processing agreement and commercial security schedule before onboarding.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for a security risk, legal requirement, provider restriction, misuse, material breach, or threat to another tenant. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

You may stop using the service, disconnect sources, export account data, and request account deletion. Terms that logically survive termination, including confidentiality, ownership, disclaimers, and legal claims, remain effective.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every important message, deadline, amount, commitment, security event, or opportunity will be detected, or that provider access will be uninterrupted. Mandatory statutory warranties remain unaffected.

16. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Any future commercial liability limit, service level, or remedy for paid access will be presented before purchase or agreed in a business order. During no-charge access, you should not use UniFlow Desk as the sole system of record or sole reminder for high-impact obligations.

17. Changes

We may update these terms as the controlled service develops. Material changes will be posted with a revised date and, where required, notified before they apply. Changes do not retroactively reduce accrued mandatory rights.

18. Contact and disputes

Send a terms question or dispute through the contact form. The parties should first attempt a good-faith resolution. Any paid contract will identify applicable governing-law, court, and consumer-mediation information in advance; mandatory rights to complain or bring a claim in your home jurisdiction are unaffected.
