1. Product operator
UniFlow Desk is the product and service name. Questions about the product, privacy, security, accessibility, or these terms can be sent through the contact form.
The operator's verified company identity, legal form, registered address, registration and tax identifiers, publication director, telephone, consumer-mediation information, pricing, and billing terms will be published before any paid offer or payment flow is enabled. This page will be updated when those details are confirmed.
2. Hosting platform
The marketing website, contact database, UniFlow Desk application, and primary database are hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL and its affiliates in the AWS Europe (Paris) region, eu-west-3. Encrypted backups are stored in the same AWS region.
Amazon Route 53 provides authoritative DNS. DNS is a global internet service and does not store connected communication content.
