COOKIE NOTICE

No advertising trackers. No decorative consent banner.

Effective and last updated: July 29, 2026

Plain-language policy

This page describes current UniFlow Desk practices. It is not a claim of certification, and it does not reduce any mandatory rights under applicable law.

1. Current position

UniFlow Desk does not deliberately place advertising, behavioral profiling, cross-site tracking, or non-essential analytics cookies on this site. The contact form writes submitted data to the server-side database and does not use a browser cookie to identify you.

The site records a page path, selected button clicks, referring hostname, and timestamp. It does not assign a visitor identifier. It stores no analytics cookie and does not build a cross-site or person-level profile. Because no optional tracker is loaded, we do not display a consent banner that would offer a choice about technology the site does not use.

2. Strictly necessary technology

PurposeProviderDuration
Access control and authenticated product handoffThe hosting and product platforms when a visitor chooses to sign in or create an account.Session or provider-defined security period.
Security, abuse prevention, routing, and load balancingHosting and network providers.Session or short operational period determined by the provider.

These technologies are used only where necessary to deliver, secure, or route the site requested by the visitor. Host-specific names may change as security infrastructure changes.

3. Technologies we do not currently use

  • Advertising or retargeting pixels
  • Cross-site behavioral profiles
  • Social-media tracking widgets
  • Optional audience-measurement cookies
  • Browser fingerprinting for marketing

4. If this changes

If UniFlow Desk later introduces non-essential analytics, personalization, advertising, or similar technology, it will update this notice and obtain any consent required before that technology is activated. Rejecting optional technology will be as easy as accepting it.

5. Browser controls

Browsers allow you to inspect, block, or delete stored information. Blocking strictly necessary technology may prevent sign-in, routing, or security features from working. Browser controls do not affect data already submitted through the contact form.

6. Questions

Questions about storage technologies may be sent through the contact form. More information about related personal-data processing appears in the privacy notice.
