Website providers

Website providers do not receive connected communication content through the contact form. The application provider list, region, transfer mechanism, and data processing terms are reviewed before a user connects a source.

Connection providers are different

Google, Microsoft, Slack, Meta, Telegram, Orange, La Poste, GMX, WEB.DE, Yahoo, Apple iCloud, Mail.com, and a user's approved custom email host are selected data sources or destination providers. They are not automatically UniFlow Desk subprocessors. Their handling of provider-side accounts remains governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Transfer safeguards

Where a listed provider processes protected data outside the EEA or UK, the operator will use an applicable adequacy decision, European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful safeguard. A business customer may request the relevant DPA and transfer information before onboarding.

Changes

This page will be updated before a new material provider begins processing connected product data. Paid business customers will receive any notice required by their DPA. Questions can be sent through the contact form. See the privacy notice for rights and retention information.
