DATA DELETION

Delete your UniFlow Desk data.

Last updated: July 29, 2026

Plain-language policy

This page describes current UniFlow Desk practices. It is not a claim of certification, and it does not reduce any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Disconnect one provider

Open your UniFlow Desk workspace, go to Connections, choose the connected provider, and select Disconnect. You can also revoke UniFlow Desk from the provider's own account-security page. Revoking provider access stops future synchronization.

Delete locally stored connection data

When disconnecting, choose the available local-data deletion option. This removes the provider connection and the associated messages and derived attention items from active UniFlow Desk storage, subject to the encrypted backup rotation described in the privacy notice. Provider-side originals remain in the original service.

Delete your account

In UniFlow Desk, open Account security, then select Permanently delete account. Account deletion removes your personal workspace and ends active sessions after any required identity check. A workspace owner may need to transfer or remove business workspace ownership first.

Ask for help

If you cannot access the application, submit a privacy request through the contact form. Include the email address used for UniFlow Desk and the provider or workspace concerned. We will verify identity before deleting or disclosing account data.
