For account access, email verification, downloads, or a provider connection, use the public contact form or email the UniFlow Desk support team.
Contact support
Email contact@uniflowdesk.com or send a message through the contact form. Include the affected provider, what you expected to happen, and any non-sensitive error message shown on screen.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, provider tokens, recovery codes, or complete message contents in a support request.
Slack connection help
Sign in to UniFlow Desk, open Connections, choose Slack, and select the workspace you are authorized to connect. If an administrator controls app installation, Slack may ask them to approve the app.

Account-data requests are described in the privacy notice and data deletion guide. Suspected vulnerabilities should follow the responsible-disclosure steps on the security page.
